1. What's the sample policy?                                       

Samples are available,but buyers need to pay the sample fee and shipping cost. The sample fee can be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods once you confirm the order with us. the samles including phone case, silicone case, flip cover, tempered glass, charger, data cables. handsfree, adapter and so on mobile phone accessories.

2.   Can I have my logo or company name to be printed on the phone case?

Yes, of course. We can print your logo and company name on the products, just provide us the artwork by email in JPG, TIF, CDR, PDF and so on.

3.   What's your payment?

    Paypal, Trade Assurance, T/T, Western Union, Moneygram, Escrow etc.

4.   What's your lead time?

   If the goods are in stock, usually can be shipped within 3-5 working days  once you make payment;

   If not in stock,it depands on what's the kind of goods & quantity,if need custom make, it will take 7-30 days.

5.   How can I make an order?                             

   First, Please tell us which products you're interested in or send us pictures which you're looking for. We'll quote   price  for you. Then,you can choose the items you'd like to order and tell us items No.&quantity. After that,we'll   make invoice for you.

  Next, you can make payment according to the invoice and inform us after you make payment and tell us your   post  address,contact phone.

  Following that, we'll prepare these goods for you and send to you when they are ready.

  Finally,we'll send you the tracking No. when it's available. 

 6. What's the privacy policy?

 When you placed an order,you are required to offer your detailed information,including name,address,email,and phone number.

 We will try everything we can do to protect every client's information safety.

 We will not share,rent or sell any information of any clients to third parties in any manner. All of clients' information   will  only be used when  processing or shipping orders.

7. What's your shipping way&shipping cost?

Usually we ship goods via DHL,we also can send by others’ ways as your request such as FEDEX,UPS,EMS,ARAMEX,TNT,by sea or air,the shipping cost depends on the weight of your package & delivery address.

The price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.
